More active playtimes on the way at Widnes Academy!

Children at Widnes Academy have been lucky enough to have ActiveAll Boards installed on the playground! These electronic boards encourage physical activity and allow the children to compete against each other and also themselves in a range of different games. Jo Blomfield, PE Co-ordinator, says “ We are always looking for ways to encourage our pupils to increase their physical activity and these boards are the perfect way to enable this to happen whilst also giving the children a focus at lunchtimes.
